Psst...Zev, VA Secretary Jim Nicholson is a successful developer from Denver Colorado and former Republican Party chairman. He also practiced law specializing in real estate, municipal finance and zoning law.

UPDATE: There was a similar case last year concerning property on which the new Denver VA Hospital was to be built. Fitzsimons Army Medical Center was Army property yet the VA had to pay for it? The VA ended up buying the land for 98 million!
