Explaining Kerry's Explanation on Iraq
Juan Cole has posted a terrific essay, by Professor Joseph White, Director of the Center for Policy Studies at Case Western Reserve University, titled "Iraq Then and Now or: Why invading Iraq was the wrong war in the wrong place at the wrong time, but, once the U.S. is there, trying to win may be the best among bad choices."
