Posts by Steve Gilliard yesterday and today are very, very pessimistic about the immediate future of the occupation in Iraq. Unfortunately his justifications are dreadfully reasonable. It looks like U.S. soldiers are going to be caught in a maelstrom of excalating chaos starting at Ramadan. We need to start evacuating our military, our G. I. sons and daughters, NOW, if even half of what Steve says comes to fruition.
