HOLLYWOOD, Md. -- The sniper fired. It was a clean shot, if there is such a thing. And down for good fell another American soldier.
I'm not going to tell anyone the same redundant crap how war affects every soldier different. It's really simple, the Military has no right to be asking soldiers to return for more tours of duty if they are mentally ill.
In the war against Napoleon, when Admiral Nelson wanted to know how many people were dead, he'd yell to his orderly, "What's the butcher's bill for today?"
The DoD cannot sustain our depleted equipment. Our soldiers are being asked to carry a fearsome burden, that borders on insanity. Everyone knows the Veteran's Administration will not be able to handle the incoming case load. The country's Military is at it's weakest point ever.
I will ask bu$h the question, "What's the butcher's bill for today?"
