Why doesn't Bush ever veto a bill? Apparently in 2003 he attached a bill-signing statement to a bill that ordered the Justice Dept. to notify Congress whenever Bush attached a bill-signing statement to a bill. The 2003 bill-signing statement said that Bush didn't have to follow the mandates of the notification bill! Oh yeah, we're screwed...
