I'm sure that this homeless man (whom I pass regularly on my way to work) is just overwhelmed with joy that Congress spent hundreds of thousands of dollars calling an emergency session (along with Bush flying back to D.C. from Texas) just to pass a bill for saving a brain-dead woman, Terri Schaivo. I'm sure God is pleased that the Republican Party and some idiotic Democratic comgressmen to boot care so deeply about a permanently comatose human, since apparently it is just too hard for them to try to help CONSCIOUS Americans.
(I did not take this photo. I recognized the sign as I was googling for an image to post. And yes, I always hand off a buck each time I pass him --- okay, right-wing trolls, let's hear your humane comments about that statement!)

You yourself stated the difference between the two people. Terri Schaivo was unconsious youre very right but should we help the person who can't help themselves or someone who has the ability to get up walk and fend for themselves. He has the choice to sit there and take your dollar everytime you hand it to him, or go out and try to make money. If I had the choice I would love to sit on my ass while the government handed me money but thats not the way things are, and not the way things work. Socialism doesn't work in large countries, look at China and Russia.

HAHA shit well that wasn't what it looked like. None the less I stand with what I had originally said. This man can at least get up and walk to care for himself.
1. Schaivo was not unconscious. She was brain-dead.
2. You have exposed your prejudice against and lack of knowledge of homelessness.
3. China and Russia are dictatorships, not socialist nations.
