Get Notified of Blog Posts; Icon War

HERE is a very nice, free service. It will notify you by e-mail of any web page that has changed. The only info you need to enter are the URL of the web page that you want to monitor and your e-mail address. Seem like a great way to get notification of a new post on your favorite blog.
