What's Up With Blogger?

I am getting quite frustrated with Blogger these days. I paid upgrades for Blogger Pro and Blogspot Plus, and the service has been steadily degrading almost daily, especially with respect to speed and template reliability. I've seen many other similar complaints by fellow Blogger users. If you have info on a more-reliable blogger service, I would greatly appreciate it if you would leave a comment or e-mail me.
