Two years ago the outgoing Clinton Administration gave the incoming Bush Administration all the information and advice it needed in order to keep North Korea in check, with respect to its desires to develop nuclear capacity. Since that time Bush has pursued a totally impotent policy such that today N. Korea is now building nuclear weapons.
