IRAQ. AL-QAEDA. BOTH HAVE A "Q". COINCIDENCE?

In his SPEECH to the U.N. this week (overview here) Colin Powell said that there are direct ties between Iraq and al-Qaeda. This flies in the face of what U.S. intelligence has insisted all along, namely that there probably are no such links.
